2025 Fantasy Outlook
Hollins signed a two-year deal with Patriots in March, thus reuniting him with offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, under whom the 31-year-old had a career-best campaign in 2022 in Las Vegas with a 57-690-4 line on 94 targets in 17 games. The 6-4, 221-pounder combined for 49-629-5 on 80 targets in 30 regular-season contests between the Falcons (2023) and Bills (2024) over the last two years. In a New England receiving corps with returnees DeMario Douglas, Kayshon Boutte, Kendrick Bourne and Ja'Lynn Polkon on hand, as well as newcomers Stefon Diggs and Kyle Williams in the mix it's unclear what kind of volume Hollins can expect in a Drake Maye-led offense that could lean plenty on the run in 2025. Limited in return to practice
Hollins (abdomen) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday.
ANALYSIS
The Patriots designated Hollins for return from injured reserve Thursday, after which he logged his first on-field work since Week 16 prep. He's missed the requisite four contests while on IR due to an abdominal injury, but it remains unclear if he has a chance to play in Sunday's AFC Championship Game in Denver. How Hollins is listed on Friday's practice report will reveal as much.

It's probably fair to label Hollins as a journeyman at this point, now that he's approaching his age-31 season on his fifth NFL team. Since joining the league in 2017, the 6-4, 221-pounder hasn't logged a ton of production overall, but when you look a bit deeper, he's only had one season with significant target volume, and when he got it he delivered. Hollins' 94 targets (more than triple the number he's had in any other season) in 2022 with the Raiders yielded 57 receptions for 690 yards and four touchdowns. The Bills have completely overhauled their receiving corps this year, so it's possible that Hollins, who caught 18 passes in 13 games with the Falcons in 2023, could carve out a steadier role in his latest locale.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Not available in Week 17
Hollins, who suffered an abdomen injury in the Week 16 win over the Ravens, has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jets, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
The veteran wideout logged a 66 percent snap share versus Baltimore, but he was unable to practice all week due to the injury. The absence of Hollins, who's taken eight of his 46 catches for 20-plus yards, and that of the concussed Kayshon Boutte will open up downfield opportunities for DeMario Douglas if he's able to play through his hamstring injury, as well as for electric rookie Kyle Williams.
