Kyle Williams

23-Year-Old Wide ReceiverWR
2025 Fantasy Outlook
Williams heads to New England as the 69th overall pick after a college career with five consecutive seasons of more than 400 yards, including receiving lines of 61-843-6 (2023) and 70-1,198-14 (2024) after transferring to Washington State. Unlike most five-year contributors, he's not especially old for his draft class, having first played at UNLV when he was just 17 years old. Williams proved his speed with a 4.40 at this year's combine, although his jumps (36.5-inch vertical, 119-inch broad jump) hint at merely average athleticism for a 5-foot-11, 190-pound wideout. In New England, he'll have a chance to immediately become QB Drake Maye's top deep threat -- a role 2023 sixth-round pick Kayshon Boutte handled with mixed results last year. The Patriots' top targets otherwise are 31-year-old Stefon Diggs (rehabbing an ACL tear), slot receiver DeMario Douglas and tight end Hunter Henry, which means there are plenty of downfield targets for the taking in an offense with a strong-armed, aggressive QB. Held without a catch Sunday
WRNew England Patriots
January 19, 2026
Williams was on the field for 22 of 65 snaps on offense in Sunday's 28-16 divisional-round win over the Texans, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports, but he failed to catch any of his three targets.
ANALYSIS
Williams added one kickoff return for 22 yards. Looking ahead, the 2025 third-rounder remains a fantasy dart throw in Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Broncos due to his limited volume in the Patriots' passing game.

Fifth on depth chart
WRNew England Patriots
September 4, 2025
Williams is fifth on the Patriots' unofficial wide receiver depth chart heading into the season, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com.
ANALYSIS
Williams was expected to contend for a prominent role early on given the lack of established talent in New England's receiving corps behind Stefon Diggs, who was working his way back from a torn ACL. Instead, the rookie third-round pick is behind Diggs, who has been cleared to suit up against the Raiders in Week 1, as well as DeMario Douglas, Kayshon Boutte and Mack Hollins in the team's pecking order at wide receiver heading into the regular season.
