2025 Fantasy Outlook
Gross-Matos spent the first half of the 2024 season in and out of the trainer's room following a preseason knee injury. The 26-year-old had a standout performance against the Bears in Week 14 in which he sacked Caleb Williams thrice, but the rest of his outings were forgettable. Gross-Matos remains under contract for the 2025 campaign, but he needs to shine in the preseason in order to make the team after the 49ers added several talents at edge rusher this offseason.
