Joining Titans WR corps
Robinson (ribs) is slated to sign with the Titans, Dianna Russini of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson, who figures to be past the rib issue he dealt with late last season by the time OTAs roll around, thus is slated to reunite with Tennessee offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, who worked with the wideout in New York. In his new locale, Robinson will serve as a key passing target for 2025 top overall pick Cam Ward on the heels of a regular season in which he put up a 92-1,014-4 line on 140 targets in 16 contests with the Giants. Steady volume should be on tap for the 2022 second-rounder in 2026, with Robinson's fantasy ceiling linked to Ward's development in his second year as a pro. Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Robinson's pact with the Titans is a four-year, $78 million deal, with $38 million guaranteed.

Past Fantasy Outlooks

2023
2022
Robinson's 2024 was perhaps the quietest 140-target season in NFL history, featuring a TE-like 4.8 aDOT and a RB-like 7.5 yards per reception. That might work well in PPR leagues if the catch rate was what one might expect given those other numbers, but Robinson brought in just 66.4 percent of his targets, down from 76.1 percent over his first two seasons. It was empty volume, brought on by the Giants often facing deficits and not being able to push the ball downfield. Improvement for the offense overall almost certainly would mean improvement for Robinson's efficiency numbers, but it would also figure to correspond with a big decrease in target volume. While good with the ball in his hands, Robinson has shown almost no ability to use his 4.44 speed downfield since the Giants took him 44th overall in the 2022 NFL Draft -- perhaps not surprising given that he's 5-foot-8, 185, with a 34.5-inch vertical. He's also a slot specialist in an offense where the No. 1 receiver, Malik Nabers, might be at his best working inside, which eventually could impact Robinson's playing time.

Connected to Titans
The Titans have shown interest in signing Robinson this offseason, Connor Hughes of SNY.tv reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson openly stated that he wants to test free agency, and he's expected to be heavily sought after. The Titans are a natural landing spot given that former Giants head coach Brian Daboll is now in Tennessee as the offensive coordinator. Furthermore, the Titans are likely to prioritize adding more talent around Cam Ward, and Robinson would serve as a reliable possession receiver.
