Oliver signed with the Titans as an undrafted free agent in May of 2024 and ended up playing in 10 regular-season games after being signed to the active roster in early November. He will face stiff competition in training camp, but his versatility to contribute on special teams as a gunner and returner gives him a shot at cracking the 53-man roster at the end of August.
