2025 Fantasy Outlook
Remigio spent his entire rookie season in 2023 on IR due to a wrist injury, then despite building up a training camp drumbeat in 2024 failed to make Kansas City's active roster. He inked with the practice squad and ultimately saw action in five regular-season games, in which span he secured two of six targets for 48 yards, mostly contributing via 295 kick-return yards and 104 punt-return yards. He continued to impress as a return man in the playoffs, giving him a path to a more impactful special-teams role in 2025. Read Past Outlooks
Lands on IR
The Chiefs placed Remigio (knee) on injured reserve Thursday.
ANALYSIS
Remigio will miss Kansas City's final two games of the 2025 campaign due to a knee injury. He logged 14 regular-season appearances with the team in 2025, in which span he mostly contributed on special teams, but did secure his only target for 21 yards. With Remigio and Tyquan Thornton (concussion) both having been placed on IR, Brashard Smith and Jalen Royals will be the favorites to take over as the Chiefs' top contributors in the return game.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could earn final roster spot
Nate Taylor of The Athletic believes Remigio could earn a spot on the Chiefs' 53-man roster with a strong showing in training camp, coupled with weak performances from Kadarius Toney and Skyy Moore.
ANALYSIS
Remigio caught on with Kansas City as an undrafted rookie in 2023. He made a good first impression during last year's training camp before suffering a season-ending dislocated left shoulder in the preseason opener. Offensive coordinator Matt Nagy praised Remigio in May, noting that the wide receiver "is an absolute professional every day...guys like him find a role. And they've got to make an impact on special teams." Remigio saw his minicamp reps split between the projected starters and top backups, and his ability to serve as a kickoff returner could give him the edge to make the Chiefs' 53-man roster over Toney and Moore.
