Joins St. Pauli
DFC St. Pauli
January 6, 2026
Ando was transferred from Avispa Fukuoka to St. Pauli, his new club announced. "Tomoya's arrival gives us greater flexibility in defense, as he can play in any position within a three-man backline. In recent years, he has consistently adapted very quickly to the higher level and established himself in the national team. That's why we are convinced he can play a significant role from the outset," Sporting director Andreas Bornemann said.
