2025 Fantasy Outlook
Gerard played well as a non-member during the 2024 season, but not many could have seen what he'd accomplish as a full-time member in 2025. Gerard laid the ground work for a solid season with a runner-up at the Valero Texas Open in April, and he capped a great season with a win at the Barracuda Championship in July. After that win, however, there wasn't much to write home about. Was that a result of a hangover after picking up his first PGA Tour win? Possibly, but whatever the reason for the lack of results at the end of the season, the bar has been set pretty high for a guy that we just don't know that much about. Gerard looks like he has the tools to be a top 30 player on the tour, but his success has come pretty quick. As such, it's probably wise to take a wait and see approach with Gerard this season. Tied for 23rd at PGA National
March 1, 2026
Gerard fired a three-under 68 in the final round of the Cognizant Classic to finish tied for 23rd place.
ANALYSIS
Gerard was a popular favorite going into this week, but his week got off to a slow start with a two-over par 73 thanks to his SG: Off the tee and SG: Putting numbers which ranked 64th and 109th respectively. However, Gerard was able to turn it around Friday to make the cut with impressive ball striking as he ranked third in SG: Off the Tee and seventh in SG: Approach. On the week, Gerard showed off the tee and with his ball striking why he was one of the favorites. If he is able to gain strokes on the field with his putting, Gerard will continue to find himself around the first page of the leaderboard. He will tee it up next at the Arnold Palmer Invitational in the seasons next elevated event.
