2025 Fantasy Outlook
Joseph-Day isn't a household name because he doesn't offer much in terms of rushing the passer. He's never topped 3.0 sacks in a single season, but has made a career of being a run stuffer. Joseph-Day filled that role quite effectively with Tennessee in 2024, logging three tackles for loss and 29 run stuffs (per PFF). He re-signed with the team on a one-year deal and should retain a key early-down role in 2025. Read Past Outlooks

Joseph-Day has filled a traditional run-stuffing role as an interior defensive lineman throughout the first five years of his career. His fit in Tennessee should remain the same, even if he kicks out to an end position due to the addition of T'Vondre Sweat in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft. Joseph-Day should have the chance to stay on the field plenty, but his productivity from a fantasy sense will remain limited.

ANALYSIS
The 28-year-old defensive tackle split last season between the Chargers and 49ers, playing 16 games in the regular season and all three of San Francisco's playoff contests. Joseph-Day could get the opportunity to claim a significant role on a Titans defensive line that lacks proven commodities outside of Jeffrey Simmons, who ended the 2023 campaign on injured reserve due to a knee issue.
