Nate Wiggins

Nate Wiggins

22-Year-Old CornerbackCB
Baltimore Ravens
2025 Fantasy Outlook
Wiggins is looking to take another step forward after a promising rookie season in which he played in 15 regular-season games, along with both postseason games. He won't stand out much in the box score, even when he fully develops, but his impact goes beyond that. Wiggins is a boundary corner whose coverage ability means fewer times being targeted, which leads to fewer counting stats like interceptions and tackles. Wiggins should hold down one of the starting boundary roles opposite the newly-acquired Jaire Alexander, while Marlon Humphrey takes on a more slot-heavy role. Read Past Outlooks

Wiggins (foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Steelers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was subject to an early exit last Thursday against the Bengals, but the cornerback was able to upgrade to a full participant in practice Friday. The starter should be good to go for Sunday, and he will retake his spot at outside cornerback across from Chidobe Awuzie for another divisional matchup.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
The Ravens' first-round pick this year, Wiggins will be put to the test right away. Baltimore was lacking boundary cornerback options opposite Marlon Humphrey with some departures in free agency, so the path is clear for the Clemson product to start Day 1. The knocks on Wiggins are that he'll barely be 21 when the season starts and he is slight, having weighed in at 173 pounds at the NFL Combine. However, Wiggins has 4.28 speed, sticky coverage ability and playmaking skills. His IDP value will largely be tied to his ability to create turnovers because tackling is not his forte and he will primarily play on the outside.

Ready to step up
CBBaltimore Ravens
May 27, 2025
Wiggins will be counted on to cover teams' top wideouts in 2025, Ben Solak of ESPN predicts.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins played a reserve role for much of his rookie season but eventually took more snaps from veteran Tre'Davious White. With Brandon Stephens departing for the Jets this offseason, Wiggins will be asked to step up as a key member of the Baltimore secondary. The situation is fluid, however, as Marlon Humphrey remains on the roster and could kick back outside after playing primarily in the slot for the first time in his career in 2024.
