Nottingham Forest aren't expected to exercise the option to sign Lucca on a permanent basis, according to Football Italia.

Lucca joined Nottingham Forest on loan from Napoli before the end of the January transfer window as a depth option behind Igor Jesus and, potentially, Chris Wood, who's recovering from a knee injury. However, Lucca has yet to score a goal and hasn't adjusted very well to life in England, so the Trick Trees aren't expected to keep him around. If that's the case, he'd have to return to Napoli in the summer.
