Ben Seghir (ankle) is unlikely to return before the month of March due to injury, according to Kicker.

Ben Seghir is ruled out for the time being due to an ankle injury suffered during the AFCON, the club announced.

Ben Seghir has been called up by Morocco for the AFCON starting Dec. 21 and ending Jan. 18, according to Actu Foot Afrique.

Ben Seghir took three off target shots and crossed once inaccurately during Thursday's 2-2 draw with Copenhagen.

Ben Seghir has signed a contract with Bayer Leverkusen until 2030, joining on a permanent move from Monaco, his new club announced. "Eliesse is a first-class technician, inventive and clever in his dribbling, and with precise, open-ended passing. He will give our offense an additional boost," said sporting director Simon Rolfes.
