Back available against Villarreal
F/MReal Madrid
January 21, 2026
Brahim is back in Madrid and will train with the squad on Thursday to be back available for Saturday's clash against Villarreal, coach Alvaro Arbeloa said in a press conference.
ANALYSIS
Brahim is back from international duty with Morocco at the AFCON that saw his country losing in the final against Senegal and the forward missing a decisive panenka during the clash. Brahim will resume training with the Merengues on Thursday and be an option for Saturday's clash against Villarreal. That said, the Moroccan has mainly been a bench option for Real Madrid this season and will likely hold the similar role under new coach Alvaro Arbeloa.

ANALYSIS
AC Milan want to take Brahim back to San Siro due to his lack of minutes with the Spanish giants. Even amid a severe injury crisis, Real Madrid could be open to a permanent transfer in January. Diaz would be open to a move as long as he can play more regularly, something he isn't getting in Spain.
