FPL Gameweek 24 Differentials: Low-Owned Players to Consider

Identifying the right differentials is one of the fastest ways to make up ground in Fantasy Premier League, especially in Gameweek 24 when fixtures and minutes security matter as much as raw form. This week's shortlist focuses on low-owned players (under 5%) who are either locked for minutes, trending into better roles or set up well by the upcoming matchups.

Below are the best FPL Gameweek 24 differentials, grouped by position, with quick rationale based on fixtures, team direction and likely involvement.

Best FPL Differentials for Gameweek 24

Defenders

Alex Jimenez - 0.1% (Bournemouth)

Alex Jimenez found the back of the net for the first time in his Bournemouth career against Liverpool at the weekend. The Spaniard has typically played at right-back this season, but Antoine Semenyo's departure combined with the absence of David Brooks, Marcus Tavernier and Justin Kluivert, meant that he moved further forward in the formation against Liverpool.

While not an every-match occurrence, he's done so four times this season, and that could continue to be the case until Bournemouth's transfer window additions are ready to start.

A defender playing out of position will always be worth considering in FPL, but especially in an attack-first team like Bournemouth. At just £4.5m, he could prove to be a bargain, not dissimilar to Patrick Dorgu's recent run before injury.

Ola Aina - 2.0% (Nottingham Forest)

Ola Aina's return from injury has coincided with some defensive improvement from Nottingham Forest, having kept two clean sheets in the four games since his return.

It was only a matter of time before Sean Dyche had this Nottingham Forest team defending more solidly since that's one of the things his management style tends toward.

The Garibaldis have the perfect fixture to continue this run in Gameweek 24 as they face a Crystal Palace struggling to score goals.

Midfielders

Estevao - 2.3% (Chelsea)

It was evident since preseason that Chelsea's Brazilian teenager needed to see the pitch more because every time he featured, he's impressed.

New manager Liam Rosenior is finally giving Estevao more game time and is being rewarded as he picked up a goal and an assist against Crystal Palace at the weekend. Consistent playing time is still a question, but his minor injury is behind him and more starts should be on the horizon.

Chelsea have a lovely run of fixtures starting with West Ham at home this weekend, followed by Wolves, Leeds and Burnley. If he remains in the XI, Estevao could be the perfect differential.

Amad Diallo - 1.4% (Manchester United)

Michael Carrick's re-appointment could not have gone better for Manchester United through two matches, with wins against Man City and Arsenal.

Amad Diallo has been one of many beneficiaries of Carrick's return, as he's playing in his more natural attacking position on the right wing. That hasn't led to goals or assists yet, but his opportunities will surely ramp up against teams other than Man City and Arsenal.

The Red Devils have a run of slightly nicer fixtures, starting in Gameweek 24 with Fulham at home, making the Ivorian a fun differential at just £6.2m.

Forwards

Brian Brobbey - 1.2% (Sunderland)

Brian Brobbey keeps his place in this article from last week after scoring his third goal in his last four Premier League games in the loss against West Ham.

He's cemented himself as the starting striker for Sunderland, who face fellow promoted side Burnley at the Stadium of Light in Gameweek 24. He's started the last eight Premier League matches, getting a shot on target in five of them.

Sunderland have typically been better at home this season, and they should be boosted by the return of Granit Xhaka, whose omission was notable at the London Stadium.

Evanilson - 2.2% (Bournemouth)

Bournemouth have been hit with injuries in attacking areas recently, with David Brooks, Marcus Tavernier and Justin Kluivert all out. That doesn't include the departure of Semenyo.

Not only does this make Evanilson's minutes more secure, but it also means that he's likely to be on penalty-taking duty.

There's a lack of good forward options right now, and if you're looking to sell Hugo Ekitike this week, then Evanilson is worth considering.

Final Thoughts: FPL Gameweek 24 Differentials

With ownership concentrated around a small core of template picks, Gameweek 24 is a strong week to attack with low-owned starters, especially where fixtures align with minutes security. Jimenez and Aina offer budget defensive routes to points, while Diallo, Evanilson, and Brobbey provide upside if their roles and starts are confirmed.

Prioritise confirmed minutes via team news and predicted lineups before the deadline, and treat the forward punts as ceiling plays rather than "safe" picks.
