Fight scheduled
Quinonez is scheduled to compete against Kris Moutinho in a bantamweight fight at UFC Mexico on Feb. 28, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
It looks like visa issues will not be a problem going into Pacheco's next fight, currently scheduled for the UFC's next Mexico event. Both he and Moutinho are fighting off losses, with Quinonez having tapped out to Raoni Barcelos in in Mexico City.

Out due to visa issues
Updating a previous report, Quinonez has indeed been removed from his scheduled fight against Adrian Yanez at UFC Vegas 111 on Saturday. Per Nolan King of USA Today, Quinonez will be unable to compete due to visa issues.
ANALYSIS
The specific travel issues may still be unclear, and that means that it's unknown if or when Quinonez may be able to fight again before the end of 2025. The UFC will remain in search of a short-notice replacement to fight Yanez on Saturday's card.

Potentially withdrawing from fight
Quinonez has withdrawn from his scheduled matchup against Adrian Yanez at UFC Vegas 11 on Saturday, according to the Daniel Levi of Half the Battle Podcast.
ANALYSIS
The report has since been corroborated by a few other outlets, though the official UFC site still lists the bantamweight matchup as taking place Saturday. Apparently, the promotion is actively looking for a new opponent for Yanez. No reason has yet been provided for the withdrawal of Quinonez.

To face Yanez
Quinonez will fight against Adrian Yanez at UFC Vegas 111 on Nov. 8, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Quinonez has lost two straight fights, both via submission. His opponent, Yanez, is also trending down with three losses in his last four fights. The winner of this bout will claim some much-needed momentum at this point in their careers.

Second straight submission loss
Quinonez lost to Raoni Barcelos via submission (rear-naked choke) at 2:04 of Round 3 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Mexico City.
ANALYSIS
Quinonez had a real chance to win this fight if he didn't tap out. He was up two rounds on one scorecard, while the other two judges had it tied at a round apiece. Cristian seemed comfortable, hanging step-for-step with Barcelos in what was a back-and-forth wrestling battle. By and large, he did an excellent job of shutting down the grappling game of Barcelos, as the Brazilian landed just 2-of-12 takedown attempts, but the final successful try led to the rear-naked choke that ended the fight. Quinonez has now lost two straight, both via submission.
