2025 Fantasy Outlook
Expectations were very high for Aberg after his stellar 2024 where he collected nine top-10 finishes and ranked seventh on the PGA Tour in SG: Total. After an early victory at The Genesis Invitational, it looked like the progression was going into continue. Unfortunately, he took a step back with just one top-10 finish over his next 11 starts. Aberg rallied at the end of the year with much more consistent play, but he'd probably say he expects better going into 2026. The Swede was outside the top 40 in SG: Total in 2025 on the PGA Tour. Still just 26 years of age, when Aberg's swing is dialed in it's a beautiful thing to watch. Expect him to return to being amongst the top players in the world in 2026, and a threat to win The Masters where he's finished 2nd and 7th in his two career starts. Read Past Outlooks
Jumps to T3 at Arnold Palmer
March 8, 2026
Aberg fired a five-under 67 in the final round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational to finish tied with Cameron Young for third.
ANALYSIS
Aberg opened the tournament strongly with a six-under 66 opening round. He gained just one stroke over the next two days, but his performance Sunday was enough for him to crack the top-5 for the first time this season in what was his best Tour finish since his victory at The Genesis Invitational in February of 2025. Aberg led the field at the API in driving distance, ranked T2 in driving accuracy, third in SG: Approach, T4 in GIR, fifth in SG: Off-the-Tee and in the top-15 in birdies made and SG: Around-the-Green. He'll look to carry that momentum into THE PLAYERS Championship next week, where he finished solo eighth in 2024 before missing the cut in 2025.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
Aberg wasted little time making a name for himself after getting his Tour card in June by leading the PGA Tour's new University Rankings. He made six of seven cuts with a best finish of T-4 at the John Deere Classic before shifting over to the DP World Tour, where he won in his second start and was a captain's pick for the European Ryder Cup Team. If that wasn't enough, he closed the year by winning The RSM Classic by four shots at a whopping 29-under par. Aberg is able to overpower courses with an excellent combination of tremendous length and accuracy off the tee. At 24-years-old, his future couldn't look any brighter, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him compete in major championships immediately in 2024.
