Tyson Campbell

Tyson Campbell

25-Year-Old CornerbackCB
Cleveland Browns
2025 Fantasy Outlook
The 2021 second-round pick inked a $76.5 million extension with the Jaguars last summer and continued to serve as the team's top cornerback, though he was limited to 12 games due to a hamstring issue. Campbell also sat out six games in 2023 due to injuries. He was without an interception or forced fumble last season but still recorded 59 tackles (42 solo), including two for loss. The offseason additions of Jourdan Lewis, Eric Murray and Travis Hunter should raise the floor of Jacksonville's secondary and could provide more playmaking chances for Campbell. Read Past Outlooks

Campbell (hip) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against San Francisco, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Campbell's practice reps were limited earlier in the week, but he's ready to roll after piling up a career-high 10 tackles in last Sunday's win over the Raiders. Campbell should see a lot of Jauan Jennings and Ricky Pearsall in coverage against the 49ers.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2024
2023
Campbell was limited to 11 games last season due to hamstring and quadriceps injuries, but he served as a starter when healthy and totaled 61 tackles (42 solo), one interception and one forced fumble. He's entering the final year of his contract and should fill a major role at cornerback for the Jaguars again in 2024.
Campbell played a major role in Jacksonville's secondary as a rookie in 2021, and he followed up by leading unit in snaps last season. The 23-year-old had 70 tackles, 15 passes defensed and three interceptions last year and is poised to work as the Jags' top cornerback in 2023.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Impresses vs. Thomas this offseason
CBJacksonville Jaguars
July 2, 2025
Campbell impressed in his many 1-on-1 battles with Brian Thomas during offseason work, Jeff Howe of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Campbell has put together a solid first four seasons of his career, posting 36 pass defenses, including six interceptions, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and 263 total tackles across 55 regular-season games. However, he could take another step forward this season if the iron-sharpens-iron principle takes hold, considering how impressive Campbell has looked against Thomas and the fact he'll be facing both him and rookie first-round pick Travis Hunter throughout training camp as well.
