Strnad agreed to a one-year contract this offseason, keeping him in Denver this season. The 28-year-old linebacker had his best statistical season in 2024, finishing with 73 total tackles (48 solo) and 3.0 sacks over 17 regular-season games. With Alex Singleton missing most of last season with a torn ACL, Strnad was thrust into a starting role for the first time of his career. However, his full participation in Monday's session indicates that he's past the injury and on track to play Thursday against the Chiefs.
