Best WNBA Bets Today: Tuesday, August 5

Kamilla Cardoso Over 9.5 Rebounds (-140) vs. Washington Mystics

DraftKings Sportsbook, 1:05 p.m. CT

Jason Shebilske: The Sky have largely struggled as a team recently, but Cardoso has been a bright spot, especially on the boards, while Angel Reese has been sidelined. Cardoso has recorded at least 10 rebounds in seven consecutive outings, and she's also grabbed double-digit boards in each of her previous two appearances against Washington this year. Reese will be unavailable once again Tuesday, so Cardoso should continue to have plenty of chances to rack up boards.

Gabby Williams Over 20.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-125) vs. Minnesota Lynx

FanDuel Sportsbook, 12:55 p.m. CT

Jason Shebilske: Williams has had some slightly inconsistent performances this season, but she's totaled at least 26 points + rebounds + assists in each of her last two appearances, and she's hit the over on this mark in two previous outings against Minnesota in 2025. The Lynx will be playing without Napheesa Collier during Tuesday's matchup, which should allow for Williams to have even more success in the frontcourt.

Aliyah Boston Over 28.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-122) at Los Angeles Sparks

FanDuel Sportsbook, 1:00 p.m. CT

Jason Shebilske: Boston's combo line is considerably loftier than Williams' line, but the Fever center has taken on a leading role for the team during Caitlin Clark's absence. Boston has hit the over on this line in four of her last six appearances and has also hit the over in one of two previous meetings against Los Angeles this year. The Sparks have a lackluster defense against opposing centers, but one of the biggest wild cards in this matchup will be Cameron Brink now that she's available. However, Brink has averaged just 13.0 minutes per game over her two appearances since returning to the court, so I think Boston should still have plenty of opportunities to succeed. Those looking for a safer Boston player prop could also roll with Boston over 8.5 rebounds at -140 odds on FanDuel, a mark that has gone over in each of her last six outings.
