Julien Duranville News: Loaned to FC Basel

Duranville joined FC Basel on loan from Dortmund until the end of the 2025/26 season, his parent club announced Thursday.

Duranville overcame a shoulder injury earlier in the season but hasn't been in Niko Kovac's plans for quite some time, so the loan move will allow him to play regular first-team minutes. Duranville will return to Dortmund for preseason ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
