Carlos Alcaraz Injury: Training with team

Alcaraz (undisclosed) resumed team training this week and is nearing a return, coach David Moyes said in the press conference. "Alcaraz is back training. He is certainly getting much closer to it, that's for sure."

Alcaraz has missed the last five games across all competitions due to an injury but he is getting very close from making his return to the match squad since he was spotted training with the team this week. The attacking midfielder started four of his last five appearances for the Toffees and could claim back a similar role once back available to play, likely in the coming weeks.
