Finishes strong in FOTN-winner
Duncan defeated Mateusz Rebecki via unanimous decision (29-28, 30-27, 30-27) at UFC Vegas 108 on Saturday.
ANALYSIS
In what was a possible "Fight of the Year" candidate, Duncan landed the bigger shots in the eyes of the judges despite Rebecki winning the significant striking battle 114-to-92 and earning a pair of takedowns. Both were wearing damage in the end, but Rebecki was more compromised by it, with his eye almost completely shut. The two men slugged it out until the end, however, and both will rightfully walk away with a $50,000 Fight of the Night bonus. Duncan gets the victory on his record, though, marking his third straight with the company.

Next bout booked
Duncan will face off against Mateusz Rebecki at UFC Vegas 108 on Aug. 2, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.

Easily upsets Jordan Vucenic
Duncan defeated Jordan Vucenic via submission (guillotine choke) at 3:42 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in London.
ANALYSIS
No one could have possibly seen this one coming. Duncan dominated from start to finish despite entering as a +260 underdog. In a fight which lasted a shade under nine minutes, Chris landed a knockdown, four takedowns and 5:37 worth of control time. He nearly earned a Round 1 stoppage. It didn't materialize, but he didn't get discouraged. Duncan went right back to his grappling game in Round 2 and easily secured the submission win. Set to turn 32 years of age in May, Duncan, a two-time competitor on Dana White's Contender Series, has won four of five since making his official company debut back in March 2023.
