Thainara will take on Bruna Brasil following the withdrawal of Stephanie Luciano (undisclosed) at UFC Seattle on March 28 due to undisclosed reasons, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS

Scheduled for UFC Seattle
StrawweightUFC
February 18, 2026
Thainara is scheduled to compete against Stephanie Luciano in a strawweight fight at UFC Seattle on March 28, according to Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
Thainara began fighting in the UFC in 2025 and proceeded to log an excellent year. Thainara retired Molly McCann in the former's debut, and Burguesinha's year was capped off with a decisive three-rounder against Loma Lookboonmee. Thainara is looking for a third consecutive win.
Remains perfect in UFC
StrawweightUFC
September 27, 2025
Thainara defeated Loma Lookboonmee via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Perth, Australia.
ANALYSIS
A product of Dana White's Contender Series, Thainara made her UFC debut in March and retired Molly McCann with a first-round submission win. She was equally impressive this evening against a better opponent in Lookboonmee. Athletic and physical, Thainara landed 110 total strikes, five takedowns, and 10:02 worth of control time. It was a complete all-around effort against a fighter that entered having won four in a row. It's obviously early, but the early returns regarding Thainara have been exceptional.
Second UFC match booked

July 21, 2025
Thainara will take on Loma Lookboonmee at UFC Perth on Sep. 27, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Thainara will look for her second UFC win after defeating Molly McCann via submission back in May. The Brazilian strawweight will take on a much more seasoned UFC fighter in Australia against Lookboonmee, who debuted in 2019 and is 7-2 since then.
Retires Molly McCann in London
StrawweightUFC
March 22, 2025
Thainara defeated Molly McCann via submission (rear-naked choke) at 4:32 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in London.
ANALYSIS
In the grand scheme of things, a win over the since-retired McCann means next to nothing, but this was a big spot for Thainara for her UFC debut in enemy territory, and she passed the test with flying colors. The stoppage would also go on to earn her a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus. Known as a high-level grappler, Thainara easily muscled Molly to the mat and dominated before clamping on the rear-naked choke. The Brazilian has just one pro loss in her career, and that came against fellow UFC fighter Bruna Brasil on the regional scene back in November 2019.
Added to UFC London on March 22
StrawweightUFC
March 14, 2025
Thainara will replace Istela Nunes (not injury related) in a strawweight bout at UFC London against Molly McCann on March 22, Nolan King of USA Today reports.
ANALYSIS
Nunes won't be able to fight due to issues with her visa, allowing Thainara to step in. The 29-year-old holds an 11-1-0 record, and she won her last fight against Rose Conceicao via unanimous decision on Sept. 24.
