Kerins is coming off an excellent campaign. He led AHL Calgary in scoring via his 33 goals and 28 assists across 63 regular-season games. His strong play there earned the 23-year-old his first taste of the NHL, where he delivered four assists in just five outings with the Flames. Now, the 2020 sixth-round pick will battle for a roster spot out of training camp, and his situation is certainly worth monitoring. From his time in juniors onward, he’s produced everywhere he’s played, so fantasy managers in large leagues could certainly do worse than Kerins as a deep sleeper, end-of-the-roster selection.
