2024 Fantasy Outlook
Although Carcone had a taste of NHL action previously, the 2023-24 campaign was his first season as a regular. He was 27 at the start of that season (he's 28 now), so he's a late bloomer, but Carcone turned some heads by scoring 21 goals and 29 points in 74 contests with Arizona despite averaging just 11:16 of ice time. Of those who averaged under 12 minutes last season, the next best scorer was Alexander Holtz at 16 goals and 28 points. However, Carcone had a shooting percentage of 18.9, which is unlikely to be replicated. It would consequently be best to pencil him in for closer to 10-15 goals and around 20 points.
