The 2019 NHL Entry Draft has featured some players who were selected early but haven't developed as hoped yet, but then there are others like Boldy, who have turned into stars. Boldy has provided 75 goals and 171 points across 203 career games, including 29 markers and 40 assists in 75 outings last season. Entering the second campaign of his seven-year, $49 million contract, Boldy figures to be a key part of the Wild's offense throughout the life of that deal. Unfortunately, his 2024-25 season will have a delayed start after he was deemed week-to-week with a lower-body injury in late September. If he can stay healthy the rest of the way -- he did also miss some time in 2023-24 due to an upper-body injury -- then the 23-year-old should be able to surpass the 60-point mark for the third straight season.
