Viel scored a goal on three shots, added five hits and went plus-2 in Monday's 5-3 win over the Rangers.

Viel was dealt to Anaheim from Boston on Friday, and it took him just two games with his new team to find the scoresheet. That goal was his first NHL point since 2021-22 with the Sharks. Viel will help replenish the Ducks' forward depth while the team navigates a rough patch of injuries, but he has minimal fantasy upside.
