Guerrier carded a five-under 66 during the final round of the Dubai Invitational to finish in a four-way tie for third with Shane Lowry, Rory McIlroy and David Puig.
ANALYSIS
Guerrier started the final round with a double bogey on the par-4 second hole, but he finished off strong with seven birdies, four of which came on consecutive holes from the par-5 10th onward. The 40-year-old Frenchman may have been contention for his second DP Tour victory had it not been for his five-over 76 score during the second round. Guerrier led the field in GIR (76.39 percent), fourth in SG: Putting (1.11) and seventh in SG: Approach the Green (1.25). He'll be in the field for the Hero Dubai Desert Classic that tees off Thursday.
