Salinda's rookie season didn't go according to plan as he only recorded two top-10s across 26 starts to finish 106th on the points list. One of those came in the team event, and he only posted two top-25s post-April. His driving play sets him up for success, where he ranked 15th in SG: Off-the-Tee and was top-70 in distance and accuracy, but he lost 0.71 strokes per round with his short game on the year.
