Injuries:
Out for Season: Blake Freeland (leg), Jack Wilson (undisclosed)
Depth Quality Good
Fantasy Impact: One of the best pieces of offseason news Indianapolis has received is Braden Smith's willingness to rework his contract and return for another season. He'll anchor the RT position as long as the personal issues that held him out to end the 2024 campaign are resolved. Quenton Nelson remains another pillar at LG, while Bernhard Raimann has stepped up as a similarly elite option. There's an argument to be made for Indianapolis as boasting the best O-line in the league, a situation which star running back Jonathan Taylor boasts all the necessary tools to take full advantage of. The Colts' tremendous pass-protection has also allowed QB Daniel Jones to revitalize his career convincingly, raising questions about whether this unit's perceived fall from grace in recent seasons had more to do with subpar quarterback play than the actual O-line.

Injuries: Lane Johnson (foot), Myles Hinton (undisclosed), Willie Lampkin (leg), Cameron Williams (shoulder)
Out for Season:
Depth Quality Good
Fantasy Impact: The Eagles' offensive identity has long revolved around a dominant O-line, a philosophy that allowed a seamless transition toward a vision centered on superstar RB Saquon Barkley, rather than wideouts A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. A Super Bowl LVII victory is proof enough that Philadelphia's recipe for success remains solid despite the retirement of C Jason Kelce, and RT Lane Johnson now heading into his age-35 season. Losing Johnson for up to six weeks is a significant blow, but Jalen Hurts' considerable athleticism provides notable cushion for any protection struggles that arise. Health permitted, there's no reason this roster's ceiling shouldn't be another Super Bowl appearance, despite having to downgrade at RG from Mekhi Becton to Tyler Steen.

Injuries: Matt Peart (knee), Ben Powers (biceps)
Out for Season: Nick Gargiulo (ACL)
Depth Quality: (T): Good
Fantasy Impact: After a successful rookie campaign from QB Bo Nix, Denver felt correctly motivated to upgrade what was already a high-end protective front in 2024. LT Garrett Bolles and RT Mike McGlinchey remain this O-line's pillars, but the unit has been better in pass protection than run blocking under head coach Sean Payton. While the temporary loss of LG Ben Powers (biceps) is notable, Denver still may boast the best pass-blocking unit in the league, and the backfield tandem of veteran J.K. Dobbins and rookie second-rounder RJ Harvey has only improved throughout the early stretches of the season.

Injuries: Tylan Grable (concussion)
Out for Season:
Depth Quality: Fair
Fantasy Impact: The Bills have made O-line consistency a priority in Josh Allen's recent tenure, usually retaining most starters each offseason, and David Edwards' extension continues that trend. 2023 second-round pick O'Cyrus Torrence has been fairly solid, but remains the weak link of an otherwise truly consistent unit. As Buffalo looks to finally go all the way in the playoffs during the Allen era, the O-line will at least not rank among this team's potential problems. That said, the Bills are relatively lacking in terms of O-line depth compared to other high-end units around the league, so avoiding injuries will be key to this offense's success.
