December 2, 2025
The Titans signed Wilkerson to the practice squad Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
The wide receiver was cut from the practice squad Nov. 25, and just as quickly finds himself back on the team after linebacker Nate Lynn was waived. Wilkerson, formerly on the Bills' practice squad, has not yet played in a 2025 regular-season game.

2020
Wilkerson originally faced an uphill battle simply for a chance at a spot on the Raiders' 53-man roster in 2024, but he's now in a legitimate competition with Jalen Guyton for the No. 4 role at wide receiver behind Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker as the preseason wears on.
Wilkerson finished the 2021 regular season with four catches on eight targets for 42 yards and two touchdowns in three games, though all of his production occurred in Week 17, as the 25-year-old -- who spent most of the season on the Patriots' practice squad -- filled in when Nelson Agholor was sidelined by a concussion. Heading into training camp Wilkerson is clearly behind DeVante Parker, Kendrick Bourne, Jakobi Meyers and Agholor on the team's wideout depth chart, plus rookie second-rounder Tyquan Thornton seems destined to secure a role out of the gate. With that in mind, it will take a break or two in Wilkerson's favor in advance of Week 1 in order to make the team's roster.
Wilkerson joined the Titans as a UDFA after the 2020 draft, coming off an impressive 2019 season at Southeast Missouri State, hauling in 71 catches for 1,350 yards and 10 touchdowns. He enters the NFL as a 23-year-old and will fight for a roster spot during training camp.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Rising in training camp
WRBuffalo Bills
August 3, 2025
Wilkerson's playmaking ability has earned him more reps with the first-team offense in training camp practices, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wilkerson has consistently made key plays throughout camp and is an under-the-radar name that is pushing for a spot on the Bills' 53-man roster, per Buscaglia. Wilkerson's chances of surviving cut-down day are slim, but those chances would increase if the Bills opt to carry six wide receivers or if a veteran like Curtis Samuel were to be cut. Wilkerson signed a one-year deal with the Bills in March after playing in three regular-season games for the Raiders in 2024, finishing with two catches on three targets for 18 yards and one touchdown.
