Bozeman announced his retirement from the NFL on Monday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.

Bozeman was a sixth-round pick of the Ravens in 2018 and spent the first four seasons of his career with Baltimore before two seasons in Carolina followed by his final two seasons with the Chargers. Bozeman started all 16 regular-season games in which he appeared last season prior to missing the Week 18 finale with a concussion. He was back for the wild-card playoff loss to New England. In total, Bozeman started 110 of the 129 regular-season games he appeared in across eight campaigns. Bozeman also played in six playoff contests.

Bozeman enters the 2024 campaign as a dramatic favorite to take over the starting center job after the incumbent, Corey Linsley, retired earlier this offseason. Bozeman started multiple seasons with the Panthers following a three-year stint as the starting center for the Ravens earlier in his career.

Bozeman started 11 of the 17 games he played for the Panthers last season. This term, he's anticipated to start at center in front of rookie No. 1 pick Bryce Young at quarterback.

Bozeman started 48 games over the last three years for the Ravens and figures to compete with the Panthers' incumbent center, Pat Elflein, for the team's starting job.

Bozeman is an interior offensive lineman entering his fourth season in Baltimore. He has the versatility to play guard or center, with center being a strong possibility for his landing spot this season given the team's guard depth.
