The Rams reopened as 8.5-point road favorites on 12/16 (up from -3.0 opener), for a 5.5 line move which is significant but the Rams have seen their power rating increase the most since the start of the season along with the Pats and Seahawks. 

The movement continued on the Rams with a peak of -9.5 on 12/19, but then it immediately came down to -7.5. It has bounced from 7.5 to 8.5 most of the week. It did hit 7.0 on 12/28 (Davante Adams injury news), and it sitting back at 7.5.    

The total opened at 46.5 and reopened on December 16th at 48.5 which crosses over the key total of 48. It has settled at 49.5 for most of the week which feels low to me. 

The majority of the bets (52 percent) have come in on the Rams, but the handle is 56 percent on the Falcons also, which is indicative of where the SHARP money is coming from.

It is hard to go against the Rams right now as their offense is a freight train and I lean on that to continue. But I think this is an inflated line with too much perception of the Falcons laying down here. You will definitely need the hook so shop around and grab it.
