Best NFL Wild Card Weekend PrizePicks Plays - Saturday
Best PrizePicks Picks current as of 7:00 AM ET Sunday.
Bryce Young 0.5 Interceptions (MORE)
The weather should be wet, the Panthers will presumably be playing from behind, and Young will be making his first playoff start against a very good pass rush. That's not an ideal recipe for Young to limit the mistakes.
It's worth noting Young played mistake-free when these teams matched up in Week 13, but the stakes are much higher now and the weather is very different. I think there's a real chance we see Young throw multiple interceptions Saturday.
Kyren Williams 69.5 Rushing Yards (MORE)
By no means do I think Blake Corum gets completely phased out, but in the back of my mind I do think in games with higher stakes, head coach Sean McVay uses Williams in more of the "bell-cow" role we saw him fill throughout 2024. That's what I'm expecting here. I'm operating under the assumption the snaps get divided in a 65-35 split like we have seen over the past three weeks. On top of the heavier workload, this is a positive matchup, with the Panthers ranking bottom-six against running backs over the last five games. With Puka Nacua, Davante Adams and Tyler Higbee all healthy, running lanes should be open for Williams and the Rams.
Jayden Reed 8.5 Fantasy Score (MORE)
Reed can be scary to back at times because he's a big-play guy and extremely volatile. That's why I decided to go with the fantasy score angle, giving us some built-in insurance if he scores on a red-zone gadget play or rips off 20 yards on an end-around, which we know he's capable of.
Over the final five weeks of the season, the Bears allowed the most fantasy points to receivers in the slot, which is exactly where Reed lines up on almost all of his snaps. Before quarterback Jordan Love went down when the Packers faced the Bears in Week 16, we saw a stretch where Love and Reed were starting to re-establish their chemistry after Reed's return from an extended absence. I think head coach Matt LaFleur looks to get Love back into rhythm with short, easy throws early on, which sets up nicely for Reed.
