Now, the NFC's current No. 1 seed Chicago heads north to Green Bay to take on its archrival for the first time this season. The Packers looked really good in Detroit on Thanksgiving, and the offense is getting healthier with Christian Watson already back, and Jayden Reed and Matthew Golden nearing returns. Where does all of that leave us for this titanic NFC North clash? Let's get after it.

Bears at Packers Odds
- Spread: Packers -6.5 (-115 Bet365, Caesars), Bears +6.5 (-105 DraftKings, FanDuel)
- Moneyline: Packers -295 (BetMGM), Bears +265 (FanDuel)
- Total: Over 44.5 (-110 DraftKings, Fanatics), Under 44.5 (-107 Caesars)
The total opened at 46.5, and has steadily fallen to the current total of 44.5, despite 61 percent of the bets, and 60 percent of the money, coming in on the Over.
The side is where things get interesting. It opened at 6.5, and dipped down to 5.5 on some early Bears money, before settling back in at 6.5 for most of this week. Despite 82 percent of the bets, and 77 percent of the money, coming in on Chicago, the line has not budged, which is indeed interesting, but not entirely surprising. The reason is simple: most power ratings hate the Bears and view them as a phony team built on phony results. This is very similar rhetoric to what was being said about the Washington Commanders last year.
One other thing of note to consider: it looks as though it will be VERY cold in Green Bay, with gametime temperatures in the mid-teens and single-digit wind chills throughout.

Bears at Packers Betting Picks
At this point, the Bears are used to being disrespected, and have used it as fuel all year long. Ben Johnson has done a masterful job using the hate as motivation, and there are no bigger haters on the planet than Packer fans when it comes to the Bears.
But, I'm going to emotions to the side for a minute with cold, hard stats: there is ONE offensive line in the NFL that has allowed its running backs to average more than two yards a carry before contact, and that's OUR Chicago Bears. Yes, coaching matters a great deal, but the NFL game is won in the trenches, and that massive upgrade has been directly responsible for Chicago's success, and that of RBs Kyle Monangai and D'Andre Swift. The Green Bay run defense is formidable and I'm really looking forward to watching that battle play out.
These teams are much, much closer than this line indicates, and if the Bears can withstand the early emotions, and make this a four-quarter game, I like their chances to not only cover, but win outright. I like the Under as well, but my official play for this monster game is to take all those points and the Bears.
