Keltner will make the switch from SMU to the Cowboys after serving as the Mustangs' starting kicker this past campaign. The redshirt freshman boot converted 14 of 20 field-goal attempts and went 36-for-38 on XPAs in the 2025 season. He'll have a good shot at being Oklahoma State's kicker this upcoming year, especially since he'll be the only rostered kicker come spring.
