Pofele Ashlock

After a breakout freshman campaign where he logged 83 receptions (fourth-most in the Mountain West) for 832 yards, Ashlock had a disappointing sophomore season, totaling just 61 receptions for 629 yards while falling behind Nick Cenacle on the depth chart. However, Ashlock is a prime bounce-back candidate as a junior in 2025 as one of the top options in Hawaii's air-raid offense. He's already shown some chemistry with new starting quarterback Micah Alejado in the Warriors' season finale against New Mexico, tallying eight receptions for 79 yards and a touchdown. While Cenacle is also returning this season, there should be more than enough chances for both wideouts to succeed. Under coach Timmy Chang, Hawaii threw the ball on 60.5 percent of their plays last season, and they shouldn't veer from that approach in 2025. Read Past Outlooks
