Nic Anderson

Anderson is the leading returning receiver for the Sooners, but he will face some competition for targets. Anderson caught 38 passes for 798 yards and 10 touchdowns for Oklahoma in 2023. Anderson operated as the big-play threat for the offense, averaging an impressive 21 yards per reception. The Sooners brought in Deion Burks from Purdue to help offset the loss of Drake Stoops, but the depth of the wide receiving corps is likely the least of the concerns for the Oklahoma offense. Standout quarterback Dillon Gabriel left via the transfer portal, putting Jackson Arnold in the driver's seat for the offense. Arnold did throw for 365 yards and two touchdowns in the Alamo Bowl but also tossed three interceptions. Add in a move to the SEC for the Sooners, and Anderson could find the going a bit tougher in 2024. That said, he should still produce enough to warrant a starting spot on most fantasy rosters.
