Cameron is a redshirt senior who enters the year as the expected No. 1 receiver for the Bears. He led the team with 52 catches for 754 yards and 10 touchdowns during his 2024 breakout season and is also a dynamic punt returner, ranking first in school history with a career punt return average of 18.18 yards. Baylor's offense is expected to be one of the best in the Big 12 with returning quarterback Sawyer Robertson and second-year OC Jake Spavital. Spavital's up-tempo offense should create a lot of opportunities for Cameron, and the Bears could be one of the highest scoring teams in the conference. Other talented pass-catchers on the team include Ashtyn Hawkins, though his eligibility for 2025 is highly unclear, Louis Brown, and Michael Trigg, who will aim to keep defenses honest. Unfortunately it came in the Bears' seventh loss of the season, so Cameron's collegiate career has come to an end. It was another highly productive season for him as he caught 66 passes for 817 yards and eight touchdowns over 12 appearances.
