2025 Rush/Rec Projections
2024 Fantasy Outlook
Carson got off to a slow start in 2024, rushing for just 153 yards on 41 carries in his first six games. However, the 6-foot running back took over as the Falcons' go-to option down the stretch, rushing for 447 yards and five touchdowns on a staggering 97 carries in his final four contests. Carson should have plenty of opportunities to pick up where he left off in 2024 - Air Force ran the ball on 81.4 percent of their plays in their triple-option attack last year. The Falcons' depth chart remains largely unchanged from last season - Kade Frew and Owen Allen, who combined for 595 rushing yards, are other candidates to see significant touches in the backfield alongside Carson, but Carson seems the likely candidate to head the room. Records two touchdowns
Carson totaled 11 rushes for 58 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 26-16 defeat to Connecticut.
ANALYSIS
Prior to Week 12, Carson's 2025 season included two touchdowns. He doubled the TD tally Saturday. Air Force's recent games indicate that Carson may be RB2, behind Owen Allen yet over Kade Frew. If said role remains for him, his statistical upside will be much more promising. Air Force's team runs a lot with the ball, and Carson with increased opportunities likely provides an improved output.
