Moga will transfer to New Mexico, per On3.com.

Moga started his career with Oregon, spending two seasons in Eugene. Last year, he completed 3-of-5 passes for 58 yards, also picking up 49 rushing yards in the process. He'll have three seasons of eligibility to play with at New Mexico.
