Mgbako had played and started in the previous six seven games after missing he first six outings of the season, but he's now been shut down for the year. This is a big loss for the Aggies, who lose a starting forward and 10.4 points and 4.9 rebounds per game. This should mean more minutes for Federiko Federiko, among others in Texas A&M's front court. Fortuntately for Texas A&M, though, Mgbako is planning on returning to the team next season, per Carter Karels of 247Sports.com.
