Enormous outing in heartbreaker
Steinbach accumulated 29 points (11-12 FG, 7-8 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and one steal over 32 minutes during Wednesday's 82-80 loss to UCLA.
ANALYSIS
Steinbach was ridiculously efficient against UCLA, shooting 92 percent from the field, a number even more mind-boggling when you take into account the fact that he just returned from a three-game absence. There was zero rust from the German forward, and he also pulled down double-digit rebounds for the fourth straight game, marking his fourth-straight double-double. Washington lost a heartbreaker to the Bruins, but Steinbach's prowess as a scorer and on the glass is a big silver lining.
