Huff (knee) continues to work through a long-term knee injury that will sideline him until the NCAA Tournament, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
Huff, who hasn't played since Jan. 8, is five weeks into his projected eight-week recovery timeline with the 6-foot-10 junior "just getting ready to be off crutches and walking in a few days" according to head coach Mark Few. Huff was a driving force behind Gonzaga's early-season success averaging 17.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists across 18 starts. The team is still hopeful to have their starting center back for the NCAA Tournament, but it will likely be an uphill battle for Huff to be in top-form just four short weeks from now.
