Latest Fantasy Rumors
Hoping to emulate Jokic?
Vukcevic is trying to put into practice some of the things he learned while training with Jokic during EuroBasket as part of the Serbian national team, according to Chase Hughes of Monumental Sports Network. "Just seeing him in the short roll and how he reads the game, is he going to finish or pass to the corner, with those reads it helped me a lot being with him," Vukcevic said. "Hopefully I can translate."
ANALYSIS
Even though Vukcevic is never going to be the versatile big man Jokic is, the second-year center could be a reliable depth piece for most teams around the league. Being around one of the best big men in recent memory will do nothing but good for the development of his game. Vukcevic averaged 9.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game across 35 regular-season contests in 2024-25 while shooting 49.6 percent from the floor and 37.3 percent from three-point range.
