Enjoying bigger role
Pickett is averaging 30.3 minutes per game in Denver's first three games of April and seems to be getting more and more confidence from the coaching staff, head coach Michael Malone told Bennett Durando of the Denver Post. "He's proven himself to be trustworthy," Malone said.

Pickett has received extensive playing time for the Nuggets in the first three games of the month, averaging 11.3 points, 6.0 assists and 5.3 assists in 30.3 minutes per game. However, what's even more promising is that the second-year guard hasn't made a turnover in two of those games. Pickett might be way away from earning a regular role in the rotation, but there's no question he's trending in the right direction with his play of late.
