Although he doesn't project as a player with a ton of fantasy upside, he could very well be a 20-minute-per-night player this season. He played 18.0 minutes per night during the 2022-23 season, compiling averages of 4.4 points and 3.5 rebounds. With a view to upscaling his production slightly, Highsmith could be worth considering toward the backend of deeper drafts.

Highsmith underwent surgery on his right knee during the offseason but could be ready by Opening Night, according to Brian Lewis of the New York Post. "Right now, I'm six-and-a-half weeks out of surgery, so I'm doing jogging, spot-shooting, movements, and workouts," he said. "Not 100 percent. Light contact. And the plan for me is to be ready for the start of the regular season."
