Santos was a consistent part of the Warriors' rotation during the second half of last season. From Jan. 9 through April 15, Santos averaged 4.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 15.6 minutes per game. The Brazilian's versatile skill set allows him to plug holes at numerous positions, which helps him sustain consistent playing time. However, his fantasy upside is extremely limited while sharing the court with ball-dominant players like Stephen Curry, Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green. Santos should once again serve as an end-of-rotation option for head coach Steve Kerr, but Santos' role could be increased if the Warriors trade Jonathan Kuminga at the deadline. Read Past Outlooks

Santos began his pro career with Minas in the NBB during the 2018-19 season, though he saw sparing playing time until 2020-21. In 2021-22, he averaged 10.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 25.8 minutes. Santos also has national team contributions. During the 2019 FIBA South America U17 Championship in Chile, he helped Brazil secure a gold medal and scored 27 points against Argentina in the final. During the 2022 FIBA AmeriCup qualification, Santos made his senior national team debut. FGolden State Warriors
December 6, 2025
Santos provided 14 points (3-8 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 6-8 FT), three rebounds, three assists and one block across 26 minutes during Saturday's 99-94 victory over the Cavaliers.
ANALYSIS The 23-year-old got to the charity stripe often and provided a spark off the bench, finishing as Golden State's second-leading scorer behind Pat Spencer (19). Although Santos was efficient from downtown and set a new season high in scoring, his 14 points marked his first outing in double figures across 17 regular-season appearances. The third-year forward hasn't been a consistent part of the Warriors' rotation of late, and he isn't guaranteed to see the floor when the team is at full strength.
