Elite Players
Guards
Anthony Edwards, Timberwolves
($9,300) vs. Grizzlies
Edwards is still dealing with a right foot issue and is in jeopardy of missing his third straight game Wednesday, so his status will be worth monitoring ahead of tipoff at 8:00 p.m. ET. There are other solid guard plays on the board, but if Edwards can suit up, he should remain an elite contributor. The superstar hasn't tallied fewer than 29.5 DK points in any of his last 10 appearances, averaging 31.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.0 blocks in 38.2 minutes per contest during that span.
Josh Giddey, Bulls
($9,200) vs. Cavaliers
Giddey has been a stat-stuffing machine this season and is on pace to average career highs in points (20.1), rebounds (9.3), assists (8.8) and three-point shooting (39.8 percent) in 33.7 minutes per game. While the 23-year-old point guard is coming off a season-low 25.8 DK points in Sunday's loss to New Orleans, he has posted at least 34.8 in 21 of his 23 regular-season outings, including 40.3 against Cleveland on Nov. 8.
Forwards/Centers
Julius Randle, Timberwolves
($9,000) vs. Grizzlies
Randle has been impressive of late, averaging 24.8 points, 6.8 rebounds and 5.2 assists while shooting 39.1 percent from beyond the arc in 35.2 minutes per game over his last five outings. The star forward has recorded at least 36.3 DK points in each of those five games and should continue to play a significant role in Minnesota's offense, even if Anthony Edwards (foot) is cleared to return.
Jaren Jackson, Grizzlies
($7,700) at Timberwolves
Jackson has taken a step back this season, though he's coming off a season-high 57.0 DK points in Monday's win over the Clippers and will likely put up increased shot attempts with Ja Morant (calf) likely to join Cam Spencer (personal) on the sidelines. Jackson has logged 24.3 or more DK points in six of his last eight games, during which he has averaged 16.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.7 combined steals-plus-blocks in 30.4 minutes per contest. Still, the 26-year-old has had his fair share of struggles, and there are less expensive frontcourt options on the board.
Naz Reid, Timberwolves
($6,900) vs. Grizzlies
In Minnesota's win over the Kings on Sunday, Reid posted a season-high 46.8 DK points with a 20-point double-double. The backup big man has generated at least 30.3 DK points in six of his last seven outings, during which he has averaged 16.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.3 steals across 31.1 minutes per tilt.
Expected Chalk
Donovan Mitchell, Cavaliers
($9,800) at Bulls
Mitchell struggled to find his groove in Sunday's overtime loss to Charlotte but still registered 35.5 DK points. The star shooting guard has reached that mark in eight straight games, averaging 32.3 points, 5.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals across 35.5 minutes per contest over that stretch. Additionally, he posted 49.0 DK points in a win over Chicago on Nov. 8.
Mid-Range Money
Jaden McDaniels, Timberwolves
($6,500) vs. Grizzlies
McDaniels has evolved as both a scorer and playmaker this season and is on pace to average career-high marks in points (15.8), assists (2.6) and three-point shooting (41.8 percent) in 32.8 minutes per game. The 25-year-old forward has recorded 30.5-plus DK points in five of his last six games, averaging 16.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.1 combined steals-plus-blocks in 36.3 minutes per tilt during that span.
Jaylon Tyson, Cavaliers
($6,200) at Bulls
Tyson continues to see time in both the first and second unit and has taken a significant step forward in his second year thanks to Cleveland's injuries. The 23-year-old swingman has supplied at least 25.5 DK points in seven straight games, during which he has averaged 17.4 points, 8.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 33.0 minutes per game.
Value Picks
Jock Landale, Grizzlies
($5,300) at Timberwolves
While Landale has come off the bench in each of the Grizzlies' last two games with Zach Edey (ankle) sidelined, the former has logged 27 minutes in both of them. Edey is expected to miss an extended period, which should pave the way for Landale to continue seeing increased playing time moving forward. The 30-year-old center has tallied 21.5-plus DK points in three consecutive contests, averaging 10.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.7 combined steals-plus-blocks in 25.0 minutes per tilt during that stretch.
Vince Williams, Grizzlies
($4,900) at Timberwolves
Williams is likely to get the starting nod and see increased playmaking duties with Ja Morant (calf) listed as doubtful and Cam Spencer (personal) out. Williams has started 11 games this season with Morant out, during which he has averaged 8.1 points, 7.2 assists, 4.6 rebounds, 0.9 steals and 0.8 blocks in 24.9 minutes per tilt.
Lonzo Ball, Cavaliers
($4,600) at Bulls
Ball continues to struggle with efficiency on his new team, shooting an abysmal 29.1 percent from the field in 20 regular-season appearances thus far. However, his fantasy value relies more on his all-around contributions than his scoring. The 28-year-old guard has posted at least 17.5 DK points in all but one of his last 12 appearances, during which he has averaged 6.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.8 steals in 24.0 minutes per game. Additionally, Ball has racked up 13 steals over his last four games.
