Winn failed to break camp with the Rangers last spring, but was recalled in mid-May after opening the 2025 campaign with 23.1 scoreless innings for Triple-A Round Rock. The 25-year-old extended his scoreless run in the majors, covering 14.0 additional frames out of the Rangers' bullpen before he finally gave up his first earned run of the season on June 27. Winn deployed a vast, six-pitch arsenal to great success on the surface, but his 11.1 K-BB percentage, .194 BABIP and 90.5 left-on-base percentage are indicators that we should expect some regression in 2026. Winn will first have to prove he's healthy during camp after dealing with a nerve issue in his hand and a right rotator cuff strain towards the end of last season. Read Past Outlooks
